摘要

我们利用光刻诱导的应变弛豫来周期性地调制单层(Ga,Mn)As中的磁各向异性。这产生了一种横向磁阻器件，其中在零外磁场下存在两种非易失性磁态，其电阻取决于单个连续层中两个光刻定义区域的取向。
