Cr2O3/Pt/Co 正交换偏置体系中的横向铁磁畴控制

摘要
我们研究了表现出正交换偏置现象的 Cr2O3/Pt/Co 交换耦合薄膜体系从负交换偏置态到正交换偏置态的垂直交换偏置（PEB）翻转。通过改变 Pt 间隔层厚度或测量温度，我们展示了对翻转的两种中间态的控制：表明局域、非平均 PEB 的双滞回线，以及表明平均 PEB 的单滞回线。我们提出了通过控制 PEB 大小来调控横向铁磁畴的方法。
