我们呈现了 L.E.J. Brouwer 1908 年论文《De onbetrouwbaarheid der logische principes》（逻辑原理的不可靠性）的新英文翻译，并附有哲学与历史导言。在该文中，Brouwer 首次反对排中律有效的观念。我们探讨了该手稿被提交与接受时的环境、Brouwer 关于排中律的思想、其一致性与部分有效性，以及他反对绝对不可判定命题之可能性的论证。我们注意到，类似于 Brouwer 的对一般排中律的原则性反对，Jules Molk 早在两年前就已付梓提出。最后，我们讨论了其对 George Griss 的无否定数学的影响。
