摘要
我们发展了在混合特征下研究泛同胚时模拟Frobenius作用的技术。作为结果，我们证明了混合特征下的Keel无基点自由定理，获得了面向混合特征极小模型纲领的应用；我们将Kollár关于有限等价关系商存在性的定理推广到混合特征，并给出了仿射群概形商存在性的新证明。
