Co掺杂Ba-122薄膜的Jc标度与各向异性

摘要

我们成功生长了x ~ 0.1的Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2 (Ba-122)外延超导薄膜。透射电子显微镜证实,薄膜生长过程中未出现平行于c轴的可观测关联缺陷。这也在Jc(θ)中c轴峰的缺失中得到反映。与铜氧化物高温超导体(如YBa2Cu3O7-d甚至Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10-d)相比,铁基超导体在其Jc(θ)行为以及上临界场Hc2中表现出相当低的各向异性。作为一种多带超导体,Ba-122展现出温度依赖的电子质量各向异性。
