摘要
Jayanta Kumar Ghosh 教授在过去五十年中对统计学的各个领域做出了巨大贡献。在此，我们综述了他的一些最重要贡献。大致按时间顺序，我们讨论了他在序贯分析、基础理论、渐近理论和贝叶斯推断领域的主要成果。可以看出，他的研究思路从思考数据点，发展到思考数据汇总，再到与参数估计相关的数据汇总极限情形，进而扩展到包括先验选择和模型选择在内的更广泛的建模方面。
