摘要
利用原子力显微镜测量了镀金大球与单晶硅片之间的 Casimir 力。在不使用均方根偏差概念的情况下，将数据与理论进行了严格的统计比较，获得了极佳的一致性。结果表明，金属与半导体之间的 Casimir 力明显不同于两个相同或不同金属之间的 Casimir 力。
