摘要
使用基于高真空的原子力显微镜，测量了镀金球与两块具有不同载流子密度的硅板之间的卡西米尔力。将结果与 Lifshitz 理论进行比较，发现良好一致。我们的实验表明，通过将半导体板的载流子密度改变数个数量级，可以调制卡西米尔相互作用。该结果可能在纳米技术中有应用。
