碳纳米管中内在光学跃迁能

摘要

使用可调谐共挑拉曼散射测量了生长在坑沟中的孤立个体单壁碳纳米管的内在光学跃迁能。与使用表面活性剂中的纳米管之前测得的 E22_S 光学跃迁相比,我们测得的纳米管在空气中的跃迁能蓝移了 70-90 meV。这种光子能的显著变化归因于环境介电常数升高时,激子结合能的变化大于带隙重整形。
