辐照下固体内部尾闾与表面结构的平滑化

摘要
在本文中，我们考虑了辐照和点缺陷内部尾闾对固体表面结构平坦化速率的影响。辐照仅产生点缺陷（空位和间隙原子）的额外外部源。我们列出了通用方程组，并求得了该系统在过程稳定阶段的解。结果表明，根据固体某些参数的值，辐照可以增加或降低表面平坦化的速率。
