摘要

许多双细胞核 follow size diminuation - size restoration 周期于其生育阶段，导致子细胞大小不同。对于双细胞核 Seminavis robusta，我们通过细胞追踪多个代代，调查了大小差异是否反映在不同的细胞周期 timing 或细胞运动模式中。开发了细胞追踪装置和基于机器学习的检测算法，揭示了细胞周期 timing 之间不存在显著差异、对昼夜循环的弱耦合，以及小号细胞 (hypothecal) 的更高运动性。
