薄石墨膜中电场的面间屏蔽长度

摘要

通过两个栅极电极调控薄石墨膜中的电导,以阐明栅极电场如何在薄石墨中诱导电荷载流子。石墨被夹在采用顶栅和底栅配置的两个栅极电极之间。扫描顶栅电压会在双极性响应中产生一个电阻峰。该双极性峰随底栅电压发生移动,其移动速率取决于石墨厚度。我们在双栅石墨膜中电场的面间屏蔽长度方面阐明了这种依赖于厚度的峰移动现象。实验测得屏蔽长度为 1.2 nm。
