FeNb$_3$Se$_{10}$在高压下的绝缘体到金属相变

摘要

非磁性FeNb3_3Se10_{10}通过理论计算和实验测量已被证明在常压下为绝缘体,且不包含拓扑表面态。本文表明,随着压力的施加,FeNb3_3Se10_{10}在约3.0 GPa时发生金属相变。进一步增加压力后,其电阻率对温度和压力均无依赖性。其晶体结构在至少4.4 GPa时仍保持不变。
