摘要
利用我们先前开发的模型，我们在此证明：(1) 实体肿瘤生长与细胞侵袭不仅在定性上，而且在定量上相互关联；(2) 侵袭的开始标志着肿瘤细胞密度超过压实最大值的时刻；(3) 肿瘤细胞侵袭、机械约束的减弱和血管生成可以协同作用，将实际肿瘤质量提升至 West 等人普适生长曲线所预测的水平。
