Ga覆盖Al(100)上受抑制的Al扩散与生长粗糙化

摘要
第一性原理计算表明，Ga在Al(100)上吸附的基态为表面吸附且具有局部单位覆盖度。在Ga覆盖的Al(100)上，Al的桥位扩散势垒很大，但Al→Ga交换势垒为零：随之将随机沉积的Al并入Ga覆盖层实现了渗流网络，并被Ga原子有效再覆盖。基于计算得到的能量学，我们预测在所有温度下均发生粗糙表面生长；用带部分弛豫的随机沉积模型对生长建模，我们发现幂律发散粗糙度 。
