摘要
我们报道了三种氧化物的红外吸收光谱，这些氧化物在衍射实验中最近观察到带电超晶格。在 LaSrNiO 中，发现极化子局域化通过打开能隙抑制了低能电导率，并分裂了氧八面体的 - 振动流形。在 SrLaMnO 和 LaNiO 中也检测到类似效应，但存在与电荷有序类型相关的特殊差异。
