协方差矩阵部分观测黎曼 Ornstein-Uhlenbeck 扩散的推断

摘要
我们在赋予对数欧氏度量和仿射不变度量的协方差矩阵锥上构建了 Ornstein-Uhlenbeck 过程的推广。我们的研究利用了视作微分流形的对称正定矩阵的黎曼几何结构。随后，基于一种借助考虑几何结构的新颖扩散桥采样器构建的 MCMC 算法，我们对离散观测的协方差矩阵扩散过程提供贝叶斯推断。我们提出的算法通过真实金融数据应用加以说明。
