碰金斯薄膜中的诱导自旋电流

摘要
在 FeK 和 FeCs 的 sandwich 结构中，碰金斯金属中的载流子具有较大的平均自由路程。实验表明，自旋上、下电子在界面处的弹射系数不同，从而在碰金斯薄膜中产生自旋电流。通过 Pb 表面杂质的异常霍尔效应检测到该自旋电流。
