摘要
我们从理论上预测,当普通金属薄膜(无体自旋轨道耦合,如 Cu 或 Al)被夹在两个绝缘体之间时,由于界面自旋轨道耦合会产生两个显著效应:由表面散射引起的巨大自旋霍尔电导率,以及由旋量波函数中自旋依赖相位偏移引起的横向电极化。
