含非磁性杂质的石墨烯中的感应磁矩

摘要
我们考虑一个含有单个非磁性杂质的二维碳原子晶体单层。利用 Weyl 哈密顿量描述狄拉克点附近的电子能谱，我们计算了杂质态的波函数和能量，以及与电子系统极化相关的感应磁矩。我们给出了局域磁态作为化学势 和耦合常数 函数的相图。
