摘要
本文回顾了目前在欧洲研究项目INDECT框架内正在开发的安全机制的需求。本文概述了虚拟专用网（VPN）、密码算法、量子密码学、联合身份管理和安全移动自组网等集成技术的特性，并描述了它们在INDECT中的预期用途。
