摘要
受分支过程启发的模型被广泛用于利用新增病例数估计有效再生数——一个描述传染病暴发的实用汇总统计量。病例数据是再生数变化的实时指标，但难以处理，因为病例数会因与新增感染数无关的因素而波动。我们开发了一个新模型，将诊断检测次数作为监测模型协变量纳入其中。利用模拟数据和加州 SARS-CoV-2 大流行数据，我们证明纳入检测次数相比最先进的方法具有更优的性能。
