摘要
体内全细胞记录与生物胞素标记后的形态学表征相结合，是研究细胞类型确定的神经元群体中阈下突触处理的有力技术。在此，我们提供在乌拉坦麻醉小鼠上丘（啮齿动物大脑中一个主要的视觉处理区域）进行全细胞记录的逐步操作方案。描述了两种视觉刺激方法。虽然我们聚焦于上丘神经元，该方案也适用于其他脑区。
