电子-空穴关联对1T-TiSe2电子结构的影响

摘要
为确定1T-TiSe2的电子结构是半金属性还是半导体性，已开展若干实验但未达成共识。本文从理论上研究电子-空穴与电子-声子关联对裸半金属及半导体电子结构的影响。所得的电子谱函数直接比较了两种情形，并表明1T-TiSe2以半导体特性为主，同时有部分谱权重跨越费米能级。
