ZnS中的碰撞电离

摘要
计算了ZnS的碰撞电离率及其在k空间中的取向依赖性。数值结果表明其与能带结构有很强的相关性。发现使用依赖于q的屏蔽函数来描述导带和价带电子之间的库仑相互作用是至关重要的。提出了一个简单的拟合公式，以便于计算能量相关的跃迁率。
