摘要
我们研究了在霍尔几何构型中，强（静态）磁场的存在如何影响 n 型硅中的热电子涨落。通过蒙特卡洛方法，我们发现，已知的由霍尔效应引起的电子在能谷间的重新分布，可以在同时增强漂移速度的情况下抑制电子涨落。
