摘要
我们利用光子晶体分段半波片，从 Yb 光纤激光器中产生了超过 100 瓦的径向偏振光束。我们展示了这种光子晶体分段半波片的高功率处理能力，并表明它是用于激光切割行业的高功率 Yb 光纤激光器的一种有前景的外部径向偏振转换器。
