多光束干涉条件下可调谐四分之一波系统的特性

摘要
研究了可调谐双片四分之一波系统的偏振特性。考虑了单波片内的多光束干涉。研究表明，产生左旋和右旋圆偏振相干光需要不同的调节。实验研究了由两片双折射云母片组成的系统对激光偏振的转换。产生了强度相关椭圆度高于 0.99 的高质量圆偏振光。
