摘要
在 CMOS 兼容光子晶体技术上展示了一款紧凑型 (15{\mu}m{\mu}m) 且高度优化的 22 光开关。片上插入损耗低于 1 dB，静态与动态对比度分别为 40 dB 和 >20 dB。得益于高效的热光设计，功耗低于 3 mW，而开关时间为 1 {\mu}s。
