单层单元 CuO$_4$ La$_{2-x}$Sr$_x$CuO$_{4}$ 薄膜的生长

摘要

我们发展了一种利用分子束蒸发长大高品质超薄 La2x_{2-x}Srx_xCuO4_{4} 薄膜的方法,通过添加同质面外生缓冲层以最小化薄膜结构在界面处的降解。该方法的优势在于使单层 CuO4_4 La1.9_{1.9}Sr0.1_{0.1}CuO4_{4} 薄膜的最小厚度得以进一步降低。我们的主要结果表明,厚度仅为一个单元层(仅两个氧化铜平面)的薄膜在 SrLaAlO4_4 衬底上 exhibits 超导临界温度为 12.5 K(零电阻),且面内磁场渗透深度 λab(0)\lambda_{ab}(0) = 535 nm。
