重费米子CeCoIn₅超导体的生长、表征与费米面

摘要
采用助熔剂法生长了高质量的重费米子CeCoIn₅超导体单晶,典型尺寸为(1~2)mm × (1~2)mm × ~0.1 mm。通过X射线衍射和Laue衍射的结构分析以及成分分析对单晶进行了表征。单晶的磁性和电学测量显示出尖锐的超导转变,起始转变温度Tc(onset) ~ 2.3 K,转变宽度~0.15 K。CeCoIn₅晶体的电阻率在~45 K处呈现一个鼓包,这是重费米子体系的典型特征。高分辨角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)测量揭示了清晰的费米面片层,与假设低温下Ce 4f电子为巡游态的能带结构计算结果一致。这项工作为重费米子CeCoIn₅超导体的电子结构提供了重要信息,也为进一步研究重费米子超导体的物理性质和超导机理奠定了基础。
