CeCoIn5 中 2.3 K 的重费米子超导

摘要
我们报告在 CeCoIn5 中观测到重费米子超导，超导转变温度 Tc = 2.3 K。与其立方相 CeIn3 的压力诱导 Tc（约 200 mK）相比，CeCoIn5 的 Tc 显著更高。我们提出，这种差异可能源于 CeCoIn5 层状晶体结构中的磁介导超导。
