Poincare规范理论框架内引力诱导的双折射

摘要
引力规范理论提供了对广义相对论优雅而有前景的推广。在本文中我们表明，在 torsion 与 Maxwell 场之间特定规范不变非最小耦合的假设下，Poincar\'e规范理论展现出引力诱导的双折射。此外，我们首次给出了Poincar\'e框架内两个正交偏振模式间诱导相移的显式表达式。由于这种相移可导致扩展光源发射光的退偏振，该效应原则上可观测。我们利用白矮星偏振数据来约束导致此效应的关键耦合常数。
