摘要
我们简要概述了一种用于精确量化免疫透射电子显微镜（TEM）制备的固定生物组织样品中金颗粒特异性结合的算法。该算法基于现有的用于免疫金标记中二抗使用的胶体金颗粒的合理计数方案。
