我们报告了制造一种氧化物特有的磁阻器件类型,这是一种铁磁双层结构。两个电极都是高自旋分极的氧化物:磁铁石 (Fe3O4) 和磁性钙钛矿 (La0.7Sr0.3MnO3)。通过实现两个铁磁电极之间几乎没有磁性耦合,使得在扫描施加磁场时可获得平行和反平行磁构型。该结构在低温下表现出负的巨型磁阻 (GMR)。这种负磁阻表明两个电极在界面处仍保持自旋分极且具有相反的自旋分极,即 Fe3O4 层在低温下具有负的自旋分极。最大 GMR (-5%) 在 55K 处获得。
