晶体 Mumetal 中的巨型磁阻效应

摘要
我们研究了巨型磁阻 (GMI) 效应在商业化晶体 Mumetal 中的表现，重点考察样品厚度依赖性和烘烤效应。通过合适的热处理，可实现 GMI 比率最高可达 310%，场感约为 20%/Oe，与非晶及纳米晶软磁材料获得的最佳 GMI 参数相当。
