软磁材料具有低矫顽场和高磁导率。近年来,通过对非晶合金进行退火获得的纳米晶合金引起了广泛关注,因为具有数十纳米小晶粒尺寸的纳米晶合金表现出与非晶合金相当的低矫顽场。由于纳米晶软磁材料通过控制晶粒尺寸获得显著的软磁性能,晶粒的微观结构对软磁性能有重要影响。在本研究中,我们研究了通过对非晶合金退火获得的Fe-Si-B-P-Cu纳米晶软磁合金的磁性能。在结晶过程中,观察结果揭示了生成的微观结构与软磁性能之间的相关性。
