摘要
我们研究了大学在城市与区域繁荣中的作用。大学的绩效特征源自莱顿排名 2020（Leiden Ranking 2020）。城市的社会经济实力通过城市标度方法论（urban scaling methodology）确定。我们的研究表明，城市中大学的存在与其社会经济指标之间存在显著关联，尤其对于较大城市而言，并且当大学在产出、影响力和合作指标上具有更高值时，这种关联尤为明显。
