双层石墨烯中谷极化电流的产生

摘要
我们提出了一种在双层石墨烯中产生谷极化电子电流的器件。通过分析该材料在横向电场存在下对强太赫兹频率光的响应，我们证明了在能隙区域中诱导出了动力学态，并且如果系统参数适当调谐，这些态仅存在于一个谷中。然后，谷极化态可用于过滤任意电子电流，从而产生谷极化电流。
