摘要
石墨烯中的谷极化破坏了反演对称性，从而导致二次谐波产生。我们在单粒子近似下提出了该效应的完整理论。研究表明，这可能是一种测量由偏振光等产生的谷极化的灵敏工具，因而可用于开发石墨烯中的超快谷电子学。
