摘要
我们推导了 Pellet 定理的广义矩阵版本，该版本基于针对矩阵值函数的广义 Rouch\'{e} 定理，用于生成矩阵多项式特征值的上界、下界和内界。文中提出了该定理的几种变体，旨在克服 Pellet 定理无法应用的情形。
