能量景观中的漏斗

摘要
能量景观中的局部极小值及其分隔的鞍点已知主导着生物聚合物折叠的动力学。在此,我们引入了一个“折叠漏斗”的概念,该概念用能量极小值和鞍点进行了简洁定义,同时也符合蛋白质折叠文献中讨论的“折叠漏斗”概念。
