半经典极限下隧道结的频率依赖电导

摘要
在任意阻抗的电磁环境中嵌入的小型金属隧道结的线性电导在半经典极限下被确定。通过非扰动路径积分方法，对电子隧道超出正规库仑阻塞现象理论的处理。由 Kubo 公式得到频率依赖的电导。理论预测适用于高温度和/或大隧道电导的情况，已被证明能够解释最近的实验数据。
