摘要
本文前半部分综述了年轻和古老星系团簇系统中质量函数和亮度函数的观测结果。我们也综述了可能决定星系团簇特征质量及其质量函数形态的一些物理过程。在本文后半部分，我们概述了团簇破坏模型及其对应的质量函数演化。我们在这里主要关注为何星系团簇的质量函数在其宿主星系内部仅呈弱的半径依赖性。
