弱磁场中扩展态的漂浮与局域化转变

摘要
我们报告了在弱垂直磁场存在下，二维随机势中非相互作用电子运动的数值研究结果。我们在紧束缚模型内研究了电子本征态的拓扑性质。我们发现，在弱磁场或强无序极限下，扩展态在能量上向上漂浮。此外，局域化长度在绝缘体相边界处以与孤立最低朗道带（高磁场极限）相同的指数 发散。
