利用 XENON1T 实验得到的标量 WIMP-介子耦合的首次结果

摘要

我们给出了利用 XENON1T 实验在 1 t×yr 曝光量下得到的标量 WIMP-介子耦合的首次结果。当 WIMP 与原子核内核子之间交换的虚介子耦合时,会产生这种相互作用。与大多数非相对论算符不同,这些介子交换流可以被核子总数相干增强,因此在自旋无关 WIMP-核子相互作用被压低的情形中可能占主导。此外,对于自然大小的耦合值,由于其在原子核中的相干性,它们主导于自旋相关通道。使用该新 WIMP-介子通道的信号模型,未发现显著超出,从而在 30 GeV/c² 的 WIMP 质量处给出了截面的上限为 6.4×10⁻⁴⁶ cm²(90% 置信水平)。
