应变SrTiO3(001)表面Rashba自旋分裂的第一性原理研究

摘要

我们利用第一性原理计算研究了压缩应变SrTiO3_3(001)超薄薄膜中的Rashba自旋分裂。由压缩应变引起的极化效应导致了具有大Rashba自旋分裂的二维电子气(2DEG),其面载流子密度与异质结构LaAlO3_3/SrTiO3_31014\sim10^{14} cm2^{-2})处于同一数量级。一些局域表面态(SSs)显示出大于100 meV\cdot\AA 的巨Rashba系数αR\alpha_R
