利用 DEAP-3600 探测器通过多次散射特征对普朗克尺度质量暗物质的首次直接探测约束

摘要

具有普朗克尺度质量(1019GeV/c2\simeq10^{19}\text{GeV}/c^2)的暗物质粒子在动机充分的理论中自然出现,并可由若干宇宙学机制产生。利用 DEAP-3600(SNOLAB 一台 3.3 t 单相液氩暗物质实验)在 813 天存活时间内所采集数据的盲分析,我们开展了针对超大质量暗物质的搜索,寻找多次散射信号。未观测到候选信号事件,从而给出了对普朗克尺度质量暗物质的首次直接探测约束。主要限制将暗物质质量约束在 8.3×1068.3\times10^{6}1.2×1019GeV/c21.2\times10^{19} \text{GeV}/c^2 之间,以及在 40^{40}Ar 上散射的截面约束在 1.0×10231.0\times10^{-23}2.4×1018cm22.4\times10^{-18} \text{cm}^2 之间。这些结果被用于约束两种复合暗物质模型。
