石墨烯的场电子发射特性

摘要
基于半经典模型，我们解析计算了石墨烯的场电子发射电流。计算中考虑了石墨烯独特的电子能带结构以及电子发射边缘的场穿透效应。我们获得了有效真空势垒高度与外加电场之间的关系。计算得到的电流-电场特性的Fowler-Nordheim图斜率与现有实验一致。
