摘要
在考虑费米能级附近精确色散关系的简单解析方法中，研究了晶体 AAA 石墨的场发射。针对两种晶体取向计算了发射电流。发现 Fowler-Nordheim 方程中的指数保持不变，而预指数因子发生了显著变化。对于两个电场方向，在弱场中观察到线性场依赖关系，在强场中呈现标准二次 Fowler-Nordheim 行为。发射电流对层间距表现出强烈的依赖关系。作为该方法的一个示例，已知单壁碳纳米管的情形被考虑。
